Media streaming and downloading sites

We prohibit the use of any of our hosting for media streaming or downloading websites. If you are still hosting it. We won't issue any reimbursements and your account will be suspended right away.

FREENOM Domains Not Allowed

We forbid the use of Freenom domains on any of our hosting. If you continue to order from the Freenom domain and utilize it to send spam. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without providing a refund.

Spamming

Spamming, or the transmission of unsolicited mass and/or commercial messages via the Internet, is not permitted, regardless of whether doing so causes a server to become overloaded or interferes with service to users of hostly.com. What constitutes a violation of this clause is up to Hoostly to decide, in its sole and unfettered discretion.

Abuse & Suspension

If your account or cPanel is suspended because you violated one of our terms of service, we won't be liable for the inconvenience this causes you with your service. We highly advise against hosting any malicious or unlicensed/nulled scripts or codes.

Viruses and Other Destructive Activities

It is forbidden to use hoostly.com's services or tools to launch denial-of-service attacks, create or send Internet viruses, worms, or Trojan horses, or ping, flood, or mail bomb.

Debit Card & Credit Card Conditions

Due to further fraud protection, once your card has been added, we are able to collect your payment without obtaining your consent. You cannot request that we delete your card information once it has been added.

Illegal Use

Only legal uses are permitted for Hostly.com services. Any information, data, or material that violates applicable law or regulation or that would directly encourage the violation of a specific law or regulation is banned from being transmitted, stored, or distributed. Copyrighted content, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights that have been improperly used include, but are not limited to, information that is obscene, libelous, poses an illegal threat or violates export control regulations.

System and Network Abuse

System or network security violations are forbidden and subject to both criminal and civil penalties. Following are just a few examples of system or network security violations: Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems, or networks; disruption of service to any user, host, or network, including but not limited to mail bombing, flooding, intentional overloading of a system, and broadcast attacks; and forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any portion of the header information in an email or newsgroup posting.

Pornography

It is forbidden to store, post, exhibit, transmit, advertise, or otherwise make any kind of pornography available using hoostly.com's services. As required by law, Hostly will alert law authorities when it discovers that pornography is present on, or being transmitted through, its services.

Software/WebPanel/API Change

Customers must adhere to the new pricing in the event that third-party software, WebPanel, or API Change prices change. Customers will receive a new, separate invoice, which they must pay. In the event that this does not occur, Hoostly reserves the right to suspend and delete the accounts.

Refund policy

We offer shared hosting package refunds within 7 days of the order. ONLY IN THE EVENT THAT WE FAIL TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM. Your Hoostly wallet will be credited with the refund.

Free Domain Policy

Free domains from Hostly.com cannot be transferred to another domain registrar or service provider, nor can they have their nameservers pointed at another IP address.
